Individual one-to-one therapy is at the heart of what I do, meaning each session is navigated in way that makes sense for you and aligns with your goals.

In our sessions, we’ll dive into the core of your issues whether that is anxiety, low mood, feeling misunderstood, or low self-esteem particularly as a sensitive individual. Because I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all, our work can be adapted to focus on your specific needs including thoughts, triggers, emotional patterns or behaviours.

Our sessions isn’t about me just giving generic advice but rather helping you identify root causes and bringing about significant long-lasting change for you.

Drop In Session

For people who might not be ready to commit to continuous therapy but yet want the chance to talk honestly about their thoughts, I will be providing drop-in sessions in the future. These one-time meetings will offer a secure, accepting environment for discussing any present difficulties or upsetting problems.

It’ll be a safe space to feel unsafe.

These sessions will provide you the opportunity to talk with a qualified therapist without committing to a long-term relationship, making it perfect for people who are not deemed high-risk, those on NHS waiting lists, or anyone looking to use counselling as a means of being heard, or not really knowing where to start.

There will be a monthly cap on the number of remote sessions offered.
