  • Person-centred therapy (PCT) is all about creating a non-judgemental, empathic, and genuine environment using the core conditions being empathy, unconditional-positive regard, and congruence. The therapist helps facilitate the client’s experience in exploring their thoughts and feelings and bringing this into their awareness to encourage therapeutic change, growth, and self-discovery. PCT centers the client, allowing them to lead their sessions to discover their own solutions.
