Individual Therapy

At Talk To Heal Therapy, one-on-one individual therapy is offered. This is a personalised approach that allows you to explore thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours in a safe and confidential environment. This therapeutic relationship is centred around you, facilitating deeper self-understanding and emotional healing. During sessions, we’ll work collaboratively and help guide you through your challenges, providing support and strategies tailored to your needs. If you’re seeking a space to express yourself freely, be heard, understood, and work towards personal growth and healing, booking a session could be your first step towards improved mental wellbeing. During your initial consultation/introductory call we can discuss what is at present causing your mental health struggles, identify your personal goals and expectations of therapy to help inform how we will work and what therapy may look like together.

Drop In Session

This is a service Talk To Heal Therapy are working on implementing into its practice in the future. Drop in sessions will be available for those that would like a one-off session, which will provide an opportunity to those that may not be ready to commit to counselling. These drop in sessions will offer you the space to speak freely about what is currently on your mind in a safe, non-judgemental, empathic environment. These drop-in sessions will give you the chance to speak to a qualified therapist. This service is ideal for individuals not considered high-risk, those on NHS waiting lists, seeking support for a distressing issue, or simply exploring counselling as an opportunity to be heard and understood.

Talk To Heal Therapy will offer these sessions remotely each month with limited availability.
